Helping Businesses Pull Ahead

Agile Program Execution
Global CGI - Software App Portfolio
A global computer graphics imaging (CGI) firm had from start-up developed a suite of proprietary apps to enable market differentiating image rendering competencies. The dynamic nature of the CGI space compelled the firm to continually augment and enhance their software suite. iRedoks analyzed the various work patterns employed in the client's App Services organization, then recommended and facilitated adoption of three agile methodologies, each aligned to a relevant client work pattern. Sample assessment - Global CGI Case Study.
Business Plan
Big Data Analytics Start-up
The Business Model Canvas is a templated methodology for developing and documenting new or existing, business models. It presents a strategic plan as a lean, one-page model. iRedoks guided a big data analytics start-up in developing its initial business plan using this approach. The client easily visualized elements describing its value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances, and in aligning activities by illustrating potential trade-offs. As a start-up, this client learned that defining its first service offer and envisioning an initial business model were one and the same.
This collaborative, hands-on approach fosters discussion, analysis, creativity, and shared understanding. Contact us and we'll guide you in using the canvas to model your firm, your new product or your new service offer.

Business Application Modernization
B2B Services Firm
This client, during its fifteen year history, had developed and deployed a proprietary software platform. The client provided services to thirty companies in the automotive aftermarket to deliver and track professional development. The owner-CEO's metaphor was that his app was like a cottage that had been added onto too many times - and now it was hard to tell if you were in the kitchen or the bedroom. The app was the business - no app, no business. Yet the client made the bold decision to replace original intellectual property with a commercial off-the-shelf tool. We engaged with the client to organize and manage the transition (Case Study).

Business Plan
Data Analytics Consulting Firm
This client, a small data analytics firm, was fortunate in securing an ongoing relationship delivering services to a company that was disrupting its market. This providing our client with a platform to extend its competencies. Our client had seen growth in revenue and numbers of clients. Yet the client faced a business challenge: ten percent of clients generated ninety percent of revenue, a strategic imbalance. We engaged with our client to develop a new business plan using EOS Traction. See the planning assessment and recommendation.
